Rooftop swimming pool access is a highlight, giving a decent view when you take a dip. The ocean view rooms provide a nice backdrop, perfect for waking up to the sight of the waves.

Elevator service can be sluggish, especially with party-goers from the third floor hogging the rides. Shared bathroom walls create noise disruptions. privacy isn’t great if neighbors decide to have a chat. Room service requires notification, limiting spontaneity during your stay, and the hotel lacks some expected five-star amenities, making it feel a bit underwhelming at times.

Family-friendly retreat

This place was really nice for our family. The staff was super friendly and they even left the room amenities for us without asking when we put up the Do Not Disturb sign. Plus, the view from our room was great and it was spacious enough for my kids to play around. I mean, I was pleasantly surprised with how clean everything was and way more comfortable than I anticipated.

It was a bit on the pricier side but still reasonable.

I had a fantastic stay in a spacious room with a great view, and the rooftop pool was even better than the photos! I would definitely choose this hotel again, but the elevator service could use some improvement.

Hotel's location was perfect near Haeundae Beach. Family suite exceeded expectations with a spacious living room and comfortable accommodations. Clean and beautiful, it was even better than the photos.
